weekly roster and for no extra effort you will have:
● calculated your staff wages
● complied with the key sections of the Restaurant Etc Employees
(State) Award
● have a report that you can hand to your accountant for payment
and recording of wages
● calculated the FULL cost of each day's roster, including accrued
holidays, holiday loadings and superannuation (not just the cash
cost)
● been able to test different roster configurations to accurately
determine their relative costs
● the wages data needed to calculate accurate Wages to Sales ratios
